Pushkin, Alexandre (1799-1837)

A great Russian writer. The author of the poems: "Kavkazskij plennik" ("The Caucasus prisoner") (1820-1821), "Tsygany" ("The Gipsies") (1823-24), the novel in verses "Evgenij Onegin" (1823-31) , the story "Povesti Belkina" ("The Belkin's stories") (1830) etc.
